School Fees

School Fees should be submitted online the procedure is given below:
Link: Loretodarjeeling.org after the school website opens.
Click on Pay Fee on the top- right- hand Conner.
After clicking on Pay Fee then click on Pay Now.
Now enter the Bill Book No. provided by the school if not given please contact school office.
After you enter the Bill Book No. click on Submit.
Now, select the months that you desired to pay from the Fee Category and click on Initiate Payment. Now choose your Online payment mode. For any payment failure from your card please contact your bank to activate online domestic payment mode (for Debit Card payment) and for internet banking you need to have user Id and Password to pay online which bank will provide you.
Reminder * Fee should be paid only from the given link above*. Other mode of payment Like NEFT, RTGS, direct payment in school account etc, will not be allowed.
The name of the pupil will be struck off the register for Non- Payment of Fee for a period of 3 months.
Fees for any month must be paid by the 20th of the month, Fees paid after the 20th of the month for which they are due will be accepted only if paid with a fine of Rs.100/- at cumulative form.
A month’s notice must be given before a child is with-drawn from the School, or a month’s fee paid in lieu of notice.
No deduction is made for the absence of children during holidays or for broken periods.
If Diary is misplaced or lost, written application should be submitted to the school office before the purchase of a new one. The cost of a new Diary will be Rs. 100/- .
Please keep Identity Cards carefully as they will not be replaced in the same academic year.
The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is considered necessary. 15% annual increase in the tuition fee or any other is normal.
