Today, 9th May 2025, our school celebrated Rabindra Jayanti, paying tribute to the renowned Bengali polymath Rabindranath Tagore, also known as “the Bard of Bengal” with great enthusiasm. Honouring the legacy of Tagore, the students beautifully portrayed his life and notable works through Ranbindra Sangeet, dance drama, lyrical poetry and readings, bringing Tagore’s life and works to life. The students brilliantly showcased their talent and highlighted Tagore’s profound influence on literature, society and our nation. The famous line from one of his poems, “Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high..” resonates as a prayer fulfilled.
